About Us

Hippocrates, commonly referred to as the Father of Medicine, was a firm advocate for treating the human body in its entirety and not with the separatist approach that modern healthcare has taken. Like Hippocrates, our philosophy at Infinitive Health Wellness Centre is to treat all aspects of the self as a whole by aiming to “regain and maintain optimal health”.

Our centres provide a team of highly trained health care professionals from the following fields of healthcare: chiropractic, exercise physiology, massage therapy, skin therapy, podiatry and nutritionist/naturopath.

New Patient Information
The reception staff will assist you with all aspects of your first appointment. We allocate longer appointments to new patients so that the practitioner can discuss all relevant medical history. Please bring your Medicare card, any concession cards and payment. If you would like to have your medical records transferred to Infinitive Health, please bring details of your previous GP, specialist and/or other healthcare provider so that relevant forms can be completed during your visit.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Infinitive Health has EFTPOS and cash facilities available for your convenience. Payments through the HICAPS machine allow us to process your Private Health rebate at the time of billing (where applicable to the practitioner). If you are unsure about our billing schedule or for further information regarding HICAPS, please ask at reception at the time of booking.

We are a private billing practice, with payment required on the day of your treatment. Rebates may be available through your private health insurance; please bring your card with you to your appointment. An estimate of our fees will be provided to you at the time of booking. Failure to attend a booked appointment without notification, may result in a cancellation fee of $30.

  1. Private patients
    A private patient is someone paying for their treatment costs directly and not wishing to claim under a worker’s compensation, motor vehicle (MVA) or Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) claim. A doctor’s referral is recommended, however, not essential.
  2. Workers’ compensation patients
    A workers’ compensation patient is someone with a work-related injury or a “workers’ compensation case/claim”. When adequate information is provided, including employer details and a current doctor’s referral, patients are not responsible for therapy costs at the time of treatment. Should their claim not be approved, patients would then revert to private patient terms and conditions, including direct payment.
  3. Insurance Commission of Western Australia patients
    An Insurance Commission patient is someone who has been injured in a motor vehicle accident in Western Australia. When adequate information is provided, including Claim number details and a current doctor’s referral, patients are not responsible for therapy costs at the time of treatment. Should their claim not be approved, patients would then revert to private patient terms and conditions including direct payment

Recalls
Infinitive Health is committed to the health of our patients. This may involve patients returning for preventative health checks. Our medical software allows us to monitor and track when our patients are due for follow up. A courtesy call will be provided by our reception staff to see when you are available for a follow up appointment with your chosen practitioner.
