What is psychology?

What is counselling?

Counselling is a professional service with the aim of fostering wellbeing through personal growth, assisting patients to resolve crises and life problems through personal exchange, developing personal meaning and healing following grief and loss.

Professional counsellors require in depth training and use a range of therapeutic interventions. They work within a clearly contracted, principled relationship that enables individuals to obtain assistance in exploring and resolving issues of a relational or personal nature.

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy Services to help you beat bad habits, emotional issues, stress and anxiety. Hypnotherapy may assist with a number of conditions including:
